Could you add support for user roles?

  • I noticed this plugin only allows you to make changes if your user account is an administrator. It would be very handy to be able to choose what level of account is required to change options for this plugin.

    I have a site where I want editor accounts to be able to change the schedule. I fixed this (for now) by doing a find-replace in the plugin file for “manage_options” and replaced with “manage_categories”. Obviously that will be wiped out with every plugin update, so not an ideal solution.

    What would you think about adding this functionality to the plugin itself?

    I pushed out a new version with an option to select the user level required to access the Weekly Schedule admin section. Only the admin can see the field to set the level. Try it out and let me know if it works as you expected.
