Could you add a “show/hide” feature for options ?

Hi (again)

Would it be possible to add an option to hide/show lines (not just general groups like “comments” or “post groups” but individual lines within each groups ‘like “unapproved comment”, “orphanned user meta” etc. ? That would allow to visually hide “options” we have no intention to ever sweep
