Could use a bit of advice

I don’t know enough about plugins to judge the order in which they should load. Is it possible, with your plugin to only enable/disable plugins per page, but to not affect the loading order?

If it’s not, could you give me some advice on ordering my plugins? Should Caching and CDN plugins go first?
