Could some1 help me out big time.. please :)

hey, im looking for someone to help me out, i need pointed in the direction of a free host, where i can upload worldpress and play about with the themes i download, and eventually create my own theme.

I don’t want space to run a blog, i simply want to run the front page of it, and other pages, no files, just to get my knowlege up and give my site the look i want.
