For the Taxonomy as mentioned above you would want the WPSiteSync for Custom Post Types https://wpsitesync.com/downloads/wpsitesync-for-custom-post-types/ and if you want Auto-Sync, Auto Publish you can purchase those also separately. But you can also by the Premium bundle and get all the Extensions. https://wpsitesync.com/downloads/premium-bundle/

The last question, can I use for multiple websites? or just 1 as default.

I cannot pay with my paypal balance, only pay with a visa card? How do I pay with my paypal balance?
