"Could not save password reset key to database."

I’m unable to log into my dashboard. When I enter my log in info, it just refreshes to the wp-login page. I tried resetting my password (though the one I am entering is correct) and I got this error message: “Could not save password reset key to database.”

Earlier this morning I was able to login, but when I tried to an update a post I noticed that it said “Updated” but the update didn’t actually save/show up on the website.

Does anyone know what this means and what I can do to fix it??
