Could not retrieve tweets.

  • I am using the default twitter widget and when i add any twitter ID into it i get the following message on the web page:

    Could not retrieve tweets.

    Possible reasons:

    Your host doesn’t allow outgoing connections
    Your server has made too many requests and is being limited (try increasing the cache value)
    The user has protected his/her tweets
    Twitter may be down

    https://www.waringstowncc.com is the URL of the site. Would appreciate any help as to a resolution. Thanks
