    Hi @lakerzou

For some reason, the plugin scripts are not loaded on your Checkout page. This is rather unusual, and results in the PayPal smart buttons not replacing the regular “Place order” button. Clicking this regular button results in the error you mentioned because it does not work on a technical level.

In most cases when this behavior is reported, it is related to certain errors on the site, but I am not seeing relevant errors on your site.
Did you connect your account using the onboarding wizard?

But to better judge what could be causing this, we are first interested in a copy of your WooCommerce system report.
The system report can be accessed from here:
WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support
You can share it either here in the forums or privately with us from here.
Please include a link to this thread when sending a private message.

    Thanks!

    Kind regards,
    Niklas

    Hi Niklas,

Thank you very much for your response. I have submited the system report info privately on the website you mentioned, also including this link URL.

Also I think I have completed the account onbording setup, and the buttons are all enabled under page: WooCommerce > Settings> Payment, like “Enable the PayPal Gateway”…

    Thank you again.

Sometimes disabling and re-enabling all plugins can help resolve eventual problems, as it seemingly did in this case. So I’ll mark this thread resolved.

For any further questions, don’t hesitate to let us know.
    Thanks!

    Kind regards,
    Niklas
