    Hello,

    When i try to pay with paypal, i get this error “Could not retrieve order” and the client cannot pay with paypal.

    What should i do?

    This error has been showing up for the last 3 releases, but every time we fix one cause, it shows up as another for the next release. Currently, we are trying to figure out what is causing it this time, but we have not had many leads so far.

    We have a package available that should provide more clear error logs on this matter and we would like to ask you to also use this version if you often see this issue on your site. You can download the package here (the package is only adjusted for logs entries, other than that it is the same as the 1.9.4 release).

    Please let us know if you have anymore indicators of where this issue could be caused (logs, order notes, common factors in failing orders, etc)

    You can copy the log files from here:
    WooCommerce > Status > Logs > select “woocommerce-paypal-payments-[…]” in the dropdown and click on view.

    This error could be caused by multiple things, including errors on your site caused by compatibility problems or issues with the buyers’ device, e.g. using outdated browsers.

    The latest version 2.0.1 should generally be less susceptible to behavior that could result in this error.

    But if any problems persists for you with the latest version, please let us know. Ideally with a new thread.
    Since we haven’t head back in a while, I’m closing this thread.
