It seems that the issue you’re having is affecting other users too. We opened a bug report on Github here: https://github.com/woocommerce/facebook-for-woocommerce/issues/2148.

This bug reported has been since closed. We believe the recent version of the Facebook for WooCommerce has fixed the problem.

Can you please confirm the version active on your site?

Hi, it’s a nice method but not a valid solution. Because woocommerce seems to be connected already in business suite. There seems to be another problem with the plugin.

We see that you posted on that Facebook GitHub repo option, and that others are also reporting it as of four days ago. We did see Facebook acknowledge and they are re-looking into it, so keep an eye on that GitHub post for when they have a resolution.
