    Hello,

I noticed, like some others, the “Could not retrive order” issue. I tryed to downgrade to 2.0.5 and disable caching. It didn’t help. The only difference in comparison to 2.1.0 is the error: “Could not retrieve order. This browser may not be supported. Please try again with a different browser.”

I am using Edge latest version. Tried with Firefox, but same thing. Tryed with 2.0.4 as well. Same like 2.0.5.

    Hello @melme

Thank you for reaching out to us, we are here to help.

I have reviewed your checkout page and indeed, you do have the same issue as many other people run into. The problem is caused when the WooCommerce button is not being replaced with the PayPal button. When you use the WooCommerce button instead, you will always see this error and the payment will fail (using the PayPal button is mandatory for creating a successful transaction with our plugin).

To get to the bottom of this, you may want to perform a full conflict test to rule out eventual issues with the theme or a different plugin.
Please create a backup of the site first before proceeding.

After you have done this, you should try to replace your current theme with the default theme Storefront and disable all other plugins except for?WooCommerce and?PayPal Payments to see if the behavior persists.

Here’s a guide that that we created for more specific testing that can be done to isolate such an issue: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce-paypal-payments/wiki/Advanced-Troubleshooting

Please let us know how this works for you.
You can also engage us privately if you are not able to pin down the causing plugin or theme for this issue, for us to help you out.

    Kind regards,
    Joost

    Hello @joostvandevijver

Thank you for reaching back. I did did some tests with troubleshoot feature already. Nevertheless tried do disable everything expect WooCommerce and PayPal Payments with storefront. The result is the same like with the troubleshooting feature. No changes. There is no PayPal button in Storefront + WooCommerce + PayPal Payments. I enabled all plugins step by steap but it stood the same. I also cannot see errors in js?clientid=?or?ppc-create-order or in the logs. So unfortunately the behaviour persits.

So I’ll try to engage you privately.
