• Dear Devs,

for months now I’m keep getting this error message from the plugin (and can’t modify any settings…):

Error: Could not rename temporary file to configuration file. Please make sure /var/www/ulloi129/wp-content/wp-cache-config.php is writeable by the webserver.

Even after give 777 to the file (only for testing, then switch back to the original setting).

    Any solution to this problem?

    Regards,
    Peter

  • Can you give the development version of the plugin a go? The config file code is back to the way it was before so this error is gone. I’m hoping to release a new version next week.

Get the development version at: https://ocaoimh.ie/y/2o

With the development version the problem is solved!

Another little bug (maybe?): Cache Status Messages is enabled, but I can’t see the WP Super Cache message on the cached pages.

Anything showing in the plugin debug log? Don’t copy/paste it here. Look for anything that says caching is disabled.

I only found caching disabled messages for JSON/REST api or logged in user calls.
