Could not read the meta box – need help

Thank you for your feedback and I have something to ask you please.

To first, please be access to the Dashboard with Administrator.

For the Metaboxes read, Could you tell me please not read the metaboxes on only Dashboard?
OR, also other?
e.g. Post metaboxes, Page metaboxes, Custom Post metaboxes, etc…
That is https://example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wp_admin_ui_customize_manage_metabox

If you have issue is only dashboard, Is you have any show errors on Dashboard?(With Debug mode)

Or, If you have issue is all metaboxes, Could you please try to all deactive plugins?

It is not working even with Administrator. Post metaboxes, Page metaboxes, Custom Post metaboxes are not working too ?? Everything was ok, before i reset all of my settings (plugin settings ofc).

I tried deactivating all plugins, still not working.

I just many times try to settings and apply to Dashboard, but I can not found to your problem cause.(WP 3.9.1)

I installed the debug version, still same problem.
1. I dont see any user role in that place.

what i get is:

Whether same the data and cache:
Yes

all other fileds empty.

I see to your working is not reading well the metaboxes on Dashboard.

I am having the issue of not being able to edit the metaboxes.
I get this message:
Could not read the meta box.

Meta boxes will be loaded automatically when you Kontrolpanel.

I have used the debug mode version, but no luck so far.

I just have changed the feature of metaboxes loading.
If you don’t mind, could you please try to the Beta version?

Yes, I think update notification come in the next stable update probably.
