    Hello,

    We having a huge issue on our website. We’ve setup Woocommerce Paypal Payments for our store. We’ve got our ClientID and SecretID from paypal (followed the wizard).

    We performed somes tests with Paypal button, its working but when trying to buy product using Credit card processing its fails everytime !

    We don’t have any log. On the order we have this note : “Could not process order. Order status changed from Pending payment to Failed.”.

    What can we do to fix it ?

    We also have this issue sometimes :

    ERROR Payment for subscription parent order #228326 was not saved.

    Can you please give it a try with the latest version 1.7.0? This should help with eventual issues around the PayPal Card Processing.

    Regarding the failure to save the payment method: This message could have multiple reasons and is not easy to judge.
    For example, when the buyer already has an active subscription from a previous integration, then PayPal Payments would be unable to save a new payment method.
    In that case, the plugin fails the order because the subscription could not be renewed without a saved payment method.
    But this could also be a “false negative” as Vaulting is an asynchronous process. The behavior around it will be improved for the next update so that these orders fail only when there is a confirmation that no payment method was saved.
