• “Could not process order. Order status changed from Pending payment to Failed.” in order notes. Payment incomplete in stripe and failed in WooCommerce.

    Is there a more detailed reason this would happen?

    @katieavodigital Are you using multiple Stripe plugins possibly and confusing our plugin with the other one?

    Our plugin always provides detailed failure descriptions in the order notes and the “Could not process order” is not a string that our plugin generates.

    You can login to stripe.com > developers > logs and see the log message for that failed order to get more details.
