    Hi!

    I installed Complianz freshly and in the wizard at the point “Cookiedatabase.org” is says “Something went wrong. Could not load field cookiedatabase_sync. Try again”.

    But the button “Try again” doesn’t do anything. What can I do?

    Thank you for reaching out and for your feedback.

    We have checked the REST API on cookiedatabase.org and discovered that it was down. We have now restored it and double-checked everything inside the plugin to ensure it works properly.
    If you still see the issue, please clear your browser’s cache, it should work right away.
