Could not insert post into database

    I keep getting the error …
    Syndicating XYZ
    Error: Could not insert post into the database
    0 posts were added
    … but I can not figure out why.

    I am syndicating several different feeds from one source, and it seems to work on some items/some feeds sometimes (maybe 10–20% of the time), but not on others. I don’t know why it wouldn’t work on all.

    (Also, I’m not aware of any problems with the database and have no problems creating/saving new post manually.)

    Can you suggest something that might be wrong?
