Could not find upgrade/downgrade agent…

    After a recent upgrade, I received the notice below. When I click the button “ECM – Installation Procedure”, I get the error “Could not find upgrade/downgrade agent for installer ‘1.1’! Incompatible version”

    What should I do?

    Sorry for the delay in getting back to you as I was on vacation.
    Can you please tell me if this is for the premium version? The reason is I believe you are running an older version of ECM PLUS while trying to update to the latest version. We resolved an upgrade function in ECM and ECM PLUS version 1.2 so you need to download this version below and install that first before installing the very latest.

    If it is regarding ECM and ECM PLUS, can you send an email through the website and I will be able to help you resolve this.
