Could not find how to use it, or it does not work with the latest WordPress

Besides, a plugin should have usage described. Where should I look for the dialog to send the email to myself? Even in case it were to use a popup that could not escape a user’s notice, usage still should be described. Otherwise, how can I be sure it is NOT WORKING?
