Could not establish a secure connection to www.remarpro.com

    I am getting the “Could not establish a secure connection to www.remarpro.com” from update.php after moving to new host (VPS, with whm, centos 7).

    I read all the thread for this but the problem still occurs. This is what I did:

    1. I replaced the update.php with the latest one from the archive and tried older versions.
    2. I updated the openSSL mod on the server
    3. I added define(‘WP_HTTP_BLOCK_EXTERNAL’, false); to wp-config.php

    I did tail -f error.log on my server but it doesnt give any input because it is a notice not an error

    Any other ideas how to fix this?
