    This is feedback on an issue I’ve just gone through, it may help others. I’m on a dynamic IP address. My address ‘was’ whitelisted with the website host, then it changed, as they do. If I then clicked ‘save’ on an unchanged snippet (habit), BitNinja shut me out of all host servers, email, the lot. The error message given by Snippets was: “Could not create snippet. The server did not send a valid response.” Presumably because BitNinja had locked me out during the save/create.

    Creating a new snippet caused no issues. I didn’t get around to trying to save a changed snippet, but assume it would have been OK, as per the new one.

    The 2 identifiers BitNinja ‘found’ were BNVL-2020-0002 & BNVL-2018-0009

    Hopefully this will help resolve others having similar issues. I’m now whitelisted again ??
