    Hello @omarfpg @ckadenge @shameemreza

    Thanks for your kind reply.

No I did not be able to run a conflict test to rule out plugin conflict issues, but the others instructions or recommendations given by @shameemreza, I did them all one by one.

However, about the fatal error, currently they are 5 fatal errors instead of 3 as last time, please find them here :

    1. https://paste.mozilla.org/cxRxgLgd
    2. https://paste.mozilla.org/6w9s6Ard
    3. https://paste.mozilla.org/m4yRobjp
    4. https://paste.mozilla.org/yysoukA7
    5. https://paste.mozilla.org/SZo09wbn

I note that, according to the Logs, it is showing that every days there is a new fatal error, today because there are many fatal error from March 23th till today, they are too much fatal error.

I hope you understanding me well.

    Thanks for your high support.

    Hi @lagate

It seems you didn’t conduct the conflict test correctly. Please follow these steps:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem
    • Clear server, site and browser cache after each action.

If you do not see the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To determine which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

Also, head over to WooCommerce → Status → Tools, and do the following:

    • WooCommerce transients – Clear
    • Expired transients – Clear
    • Clear template cache – Clear
    • Capabilities – Reset Capabilities
    • Clear customer sessions -Clear

If this makes no difference, your hosting provider should help to resolve this session issue.

Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.
