Hi @lagate
We can say congratulations because you are luck because I already tried to remove the Satispay plugin but does not work, and then I removed the woo-payments but the result are same does not work too.
It seems you didn’t conduct the conflict test correctly. Please follow these steps:
- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem
- Clear server, site and browser cache after each action.
If you do not see the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To determine which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
Also, head over to WooCommerce → Status → Tools, and do the following:
- WooCommerce transients – Clear
- Expired transients – Clear
- Clear template cache – Clear
- Capabilities – Reset Capabilities
- Clear customer sessions -Clear
If this makes no difference, your hosting provider should help to resolve this session issue.
Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.
