Could not create label – Nicht unterstützte Pollingclient Druckkonfiguration.

    When I try to print a label from the order page I receive the following error message:

    Could not create label – *Nicht unterstützte Pollingclient Druckkonfiguration

    *In english: Not supported PollingClient printer configuration

    I connected my DHL account to the “DHL Shipment PollingClient” to print directly on a labelprinter. When I manually create a label in the DHL account everything works fine.

    I also activated debug logging. The log file looks like this:

    Here comes the whole data for the label (I could also provide this if needed)

    02-27-2019 @ 14:07:10 – Response: Successful

    There is no error message to be found in the log file.

    What suprised me is that the time varies by an hour (first call = 02-27-2019 @ 15:06:17 / last call = 02-27-2019 @ 14:07:10 ) and the start date at “Get URL” is 2019-02-28, despite the fact today is 27.02.2019.

    Any suggestions?
