Could not Create Label – Login failed

  • Hi,

    Faced with this error. There were no preconditions for this error. Found out that customers changed their DHL account accesses and immediately replaced them in the plugin, but it did not help to solve the problem in any way. The store is located in Germany. Sandbox mode is not enabled. Please advise what may be related.
