Could not create label – In der Sendung trat mindestens ein harter Fehler auf

    Hello,

    we can’t create a shipping label out of the order. Aftzer a short loading we always get the error: “Could not create label – In der Sendung trat mindestens ein harter Fehler auf.”
    DHL Support said, it’s not there issue because it is possible to create the label in their system.
    It worked well in the past but now for like 3 weeks it won’t work. There was no plugin installed or settinges changed by then.

    Can you help me get this plugin running again.
