Could not create label Erorr

  • Hi there!

    We have an webshop and deliver to all countries.

    To some, frequent outside EU and Sweden, we can not make a label and get this error:

    Could not create label – The specified product is not available for the country.

    How to fix :-)?

    Info: we have a German DHL account.

    Which DHL international product are you trying to use? Did you reach out to DHL support to ask if it is in fact available to those countries?

    Hi Shadi,

    DHL Paket International, are we trying to use. We are already using this one for outside EU orders in the DHL system.

    The settings are as followed in WooC:

    Did this work previous and stop working at some point e.g. beginning of 2021?

    We started this website 01/01/2021 ?? So I would not no unfortunately.

    Could you first confirm with DHL support, that the DHL product selected can be used to send to the destination country?

    Yes it works! USA, HongKong, UK… all working in the System of DHL
