Could not create label – Die Gewichtsangabe ist kleiner als im CN23-Formular

We would like to know more about the issue you’re facing
Which weight unit are you using in woocommerce settings and what is the weight of the package you’re trying to generate a label for?

Today I also have this error. For an international package to Switzerland. We set grams in Woocommerce and the total weight of the shipment is 2630 grams. I suspect that there are rounding errors between the two forms. I suspect that the totals of the two forms are compared and that there are rounding differences.

same issue as above. As long as I use DHL standard packaging everything works alright. As we are using our own box sizes and measurements choosing “none” for packaging and entering the real weight and box measurements I get the “Die Gewichtsangabe ist kleiner als im CN23-Formular” error message on creating the DHL Label. Can anybody solve the issue?

Same issue here. I left out all the weight in the packings, but I always have diffulties sending to Switzerland. Please help soon!
