Could not create label – Der angegebene Service ist nicht bekannt.

  • After 2 hours of searching and reading several threads i am lost.

    I can create DHL Labels but I cannot create return labels. Any hints on my error message:

    “Could not create label – Der angegebene Service ist nicht bekannt.”

    I am using actual WP, WOO, Germanized Pro, DHL 2.4.4.
    the label cannot be produced either way – from within the order or on the SENDUNGEN section.
