"Could not create directory" error for WP uploads on import

    Hello,
    I’m testing migrating an active Prestashop store to WooCommerce for a client. If this move is approved, we’ll be purchasing your premium plugin. For now, though, I’m testing the basic import.

    The DB import seems to be working as it should, but none of the images are importing. The import shows a long list of errors of the form:

    [fg-prestashop-to-woocommerce] Unable to create directory /home/gatherin/public_html/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2012/02

    Permissions for the WordPress uploads folder and subdirectories are 775.

    Problem solved. Turns out the hosting account had hit its storage limit with a backup just as I tried the import.
