    When a customer want to pay my program with a payment link I send them, they get the error “Could not create an iDEAL payment (in Dutch: Kon geen iDEAL betaling aanmaken.”)

    I have no idea what the issue is. Could somebody help me? It’s very much appreciated!

    Are you able to share a screenshot of the error with us. I’d like to understand more about your setup.

    Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.

    Once you’ve done that, you can paste the text in https://gist.github.com/ and feel free to change/remove your site URL in the report for privacy reasons.

    Once you do that, you can paste the Gist link here in your reply.

    Yes. Create a new account on Github.

    Then you can create a new gist. Having an account there will permit you to remove it later on if you wish. It’s important because if you post that data on this site it will not be removed later on.

    By posting it there you will have that option to remove it if you choose.

    Once you have that GIST, share the link to it here.

    Thanks for the System Status Report.

    Based on the plugins installed, I do not see WooCommerce Payments listed in your plugins.

    The Ideal payments are being processed by Mollie: Mollie-betalingen voor WooCommerce: door Mollie – 7.0.2

    Support for this plugin is managed by the Mollie team directly.

    This should forward an email to the correct team, a colleague from Mollie should get back to you with additional information.
