    Hi, i am trying to configure the pixel in my website using partner option, but when i do appears to me a message saying that “Could not create a new System User” and i cannot go futher this step can you help me?

    in logs i have this message:
    05-02-2022 @ 14:56:42 – Connection failed: Access token is missing
    05-02-2022 @ 15:23:31 – Connection failed: Access token is missing

    Were you connected to Facebook previous, and tried to reconnect and got this message?

    Kindly check this article and make sure WooCommerce has permissions to access Facebook.

    If the App is already created it might need to be disconnected and reconnected, if this is the case please follow the steps listed here to remove the app and system users. Once done, let us know how it goes.

    I’d also like to better understand your site. Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in your response.

    Once we have that information, we’ll be in a better place to help.
