"Could not copy file" error when trying to install

    I tried to install Postman SMTP twice and received this error both times:

    Could not copy file. postman-smtp/Postman/Postman-Mail/sendgrid-php-3.2.0/vendor/guzzle/guzzle/src/Guzzle/Service/Command/LocationVisitor/Request/RequestVisitorInterface.php

    I have successfully installed Postman SMTP on a client site (great plugin!) Currently, I’m testing a new site on a localhost using xampp. Could this be the reason for the installation problem? Any feedback would be appreciated.

    WordPress 4.5.3 with custom child theme built on Genesis framework. -Thanks.
