    This seems like a permission problem. You have to change the permissions on your wp-content folder or upload via FTP.

    @sendgrid INC, The WordPress is installed in my local machine running Windows. I am using XAMPP. Normally, write permission isn’t an issue with locally installed WordPress.

    This file does not exists anymore in the new version of the plugin. Let us know if you still have the problem.

    This shouldn’t be a problem anymore since the file doesn’t exists.
