Could not connect to the reCAPTCHA service.

    I’m seeing the following error:

    Could not connect to the reCAPTCHA service.
    Please check your internet connection and reload to get a reCAPTCHA challenge.

    However it works fine in chrome incognito.

    Any idea what might be causing this?

  • Which country you are from?
    Do you use any browser vpn in that browser?
    Can you try clearing all cache of that browser?

    Thank you for getting back to me ??
    I’m in New Zealand and am not using a VPN.
    Have tried clearing my browser cache but it hasn’t seemed to have solved the issue.
    Anything else you can suggest please?
    I’ve had to deactivate the plugin as I’ve had multiple customers contact me unable to log in due to the reCAPTCHA not working.
    When I try to tick the box the spinner goes for a while then the reCAPTCHA refreshes… and then eventually I see the ‘Could not connect to the reCAPTCHA service.’ message.
