could not connect to google

    Hi

    I want to user your plugin but each time I try to add the action “Add row to google sheets” and I add the spreadsheet ID, i have this message “Spreadsheet Could not successfully connect to Google APIs. Try to log out from Google services and log in again.”

    I disconnected and reconnected to google, I tried other browsers… no chance ??
    any idea? Help? thanks a lot

    Can I ask you to send me some information about what version of WordPress you currently have?
    It would also be useful to know the version of PHP, WooCommerce and what plugins you currently have installed on your store :).

    Please tell me if the problem was present before, or if it just started to appear?

    no idea ? I tried from another computer, I just updated the plugin to the last version but still the same problem sadly

    Hi, thank you for your reply. Sorry for the longer response time. Have you entered the Google token in the plugin settings?
