If so, please visit https://www.yoursiteurl.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page try to disconnect and connect your Google account again.
PS: Replace https://www.yoursiteurl.com with your site URL.

- System Status Report which you can find via
WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support
