    I’ve been using Easy WP SMTP for a number of months without issue. It’s been fantastic! About a week ago, my client changed their email password for security reasons and the plugin, of course, stopped being able to authenticate. I received the new password from said client and updated it in the plugin settings and yet continue to receive the authentication error even though the credentials are correct. We are using the ‘Other SMTP’ option (Outlook specifically). What do I do?

    Hi @crefvik

    Thanks for reaching out.

    While it is possible to use the Other SMTP?mailer to connect to the Office 365 / Outlook SMTP server, you will need to generate an App Password instead of using your Client’s account password.
