Hello, since some months ago we are not receiving the emails to the account we’ve configured each time our leads fill out our contact form. What can we do? This is the Error Log that appears:

The error message indicates an authentication issue with your username and password.

Please know that while it is possible to use the Other SMTP mailer to connect to Gmail / Google Workspace, you will need to generate an App Password instead of using your account password.

Google Workspace / Gmail Mailer

We recommend using the Gmail Mailer option instead because it makes use of Google’s API, which is more reliable and secure. Also, it does not often encounter server-related issues when compared to the Other SMTP option.
