Could not authenticate in testing

  • Hello,

    We tried to test email using your plugin and it shows this error message. We are a company hosting our own email server (@qualitymarine.com). If you need more information, please let me know. Here is the error that I got.
    CLIENT -> SERVER: EHLO 192.168.1.183
    CLIENT -> SERVER: AUTH LOGIN
    CLIENT -> SERVER: UU1cYWRtaW5pc3RyYXRvcg==
    CLIENT -> SERVER: Q29zdGFyaWNhNDc3
    SMTP ERROR: Password command failed: 535 5.7.3 Authentication unsuccessful.
    SMTP Error: Could not authenticate.CLIENT -> SERVER: QUIT
    SMTP Error: Could not authenticate.
