Could Not Authenticate Error

  • Hi, I’m baffled as to what is not working with the plugin. When I use one email from our gmail account for it, it tests out perfectly. But when I use the email account that I need to use for this website it doesn’t work when I test it, but I am 100% certain that the password is correct. Yet when I test it I get this:

    SMTP Error: Could not authenticate.CLIENT -> SERVER: QUIT
    SMTP Error: Could not authenticate.

    Is there any other setting that could be wrong that could cause this to happen?
