Could Not Activate

    Hi, I was trying to install this plugin by extracting and uploading the folder on my website, but I received the following error message:

    Warning: require(/var/www/oolongcha/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/portfolio-slideshow/inc/functions.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /var/www/oolongcha/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/portfolio-slideshow/portfolio-slideshow.php on line 25

    I was checking inside the inc folder for the functions.php, but there is nothing in the folder.

    What can I do to resolve this?

    Hi OolongCha,
    It sounds like you are missing some files. Try downloading a fresh copy of the plugin and uploading again. You could also try installing the plugin from the “Plugins” panel in your WP Dashboard instead, that is more likely to work.
