I have right now a Bruteforce attack on wp-backend.
I get hundreds of alert mail from Sec. Plug Itheme as it blocks and I have blacklisted.
Could I install wps-hide with active ITheme plugin?
Will they work together alright – and will the mail-problem stop you think?

    Thanks!

    Mike

  • For me it works with iThemes as long as you don’t have iThemes hide backend enabled. You just can’t have both of them trying to hide the login area.

    Thanks for the reply!
In the middle of a big attack – Itheme works ok – but I get so many alert mails.

Thanks again – very nice to know this!
