Could be great – but issues with updates

I’ve been using this plugin for sometime now… every time there is a new update, all of the code from the shortcodes display on my site after the update. I have to go back and change pre-fixes or sift through the support forum to figure out how to fix it – and I wish I could be doing other things with my time.
