Could be better

  • The plugin is not bad, but needs improvements.
    I paid the Premium version to be able to import old reviews from spreadsheet, but it works just partially; dates and categories are not imported so need to be updated manually, not really useful for my aim.
    With the Premium version you can change the labelling in order to match the language of your website, but only some of the labels are editable, so it’s impossible to have it fully translated.
    Overall I would say it’s not a bad plugin but the premium version is not worth it unless improved.

    Thank you for your feedback. We definitely looked into the category issue right away after you brought it to our attention in your support forum post. And I’m happy to say that we just released an update to the plugin yesterday that corrects the issue. So, if you now update to the new version, you’ll be able to import the categories with the reviews without problem.

    Could you please let us know what labels are missing from the labelling options? That is something we should be able to pretty easily add in, in an upcoming update.
