after an initial and rather terminal issue and an escalation by me via review, the developer engaged with me almost instantly

he proceeded to work with me to deliver almost exactly what i need the add-in to do and to be absolutely fair and honest, the difference between the absolute ideal and what we ended up delivering is so minuscule that if you didn’t know how it was implemented – you’d think it was the ideal

after a rocky start, i’m changing this review to a 5 which reflects by and large the communication and support i received today.
