• The overall purpose of the DHL WP plugin is nice, but since I have less than 200 shipments per year, I am not qualified to apply for a “business customer” account. However, to select DHL as shipping provider, the Customer Number (EKP) is required, which is not available to private customers/ when having fewer than 200 shipments.

    Hello @drosselbarto

Thank you for taking the time to review the plugin.

I understand your concern regarding the requirement for a Customer Number (EKP). I want to clarify that the EKP is a required field for interacting with DHL’s API services, such as label creation.

Unfortunately, we can’t change it, this is a requirement set by DHL, and as developers, we must follow the API guidelines and requirements.

Thank you once again for your valuable insights, and if you have any more questions or suggestions, please feel free to reach out.
