• This could be a good plugin. Unfortunately it does not work for non-admin users. Although I’ve bought the pro version there is still no solution for my problem after more than a week.

The maps work like a charm. But for now it is not really useable.

    Hello, @mkoeditz
    Thank you for feedback.
We are sorry that you have difficulty using the plugin.
We have studied your problem and now at bug fix stage.

Although I’ve bought the pro version there is still no solution for my problem after more than a week.

Unfortunately we can’t comment PRO version here. Only free version.
Considering this – a review made by you about the PRO version, but according to the wordpress rules you can evaluate only the free version of the plugin.

@supsysticcom The user did nothing wrong here. If you want to stop people from reviewing the commercial version of the plugin then stop advertising that on your free version. You are instigating this confusion and you are in a position to stop it.

    Thanks for clarifying.
As far as we know, this position was previously voiced by moderation – WordPress support concerns free versions. Maybe this has changed?
In any case, we received a review and the problem will be fixed.
We will write about this additionally in this thread.

    Best regards,
    Ole

WordPress ‘support’ is different from ‘reviews’. You’re not allowed to support your customers here. However if by your own actions you’ve made users confused as to where to review your products, and they review the pro version on the free version, then that is an unfortunate outcome but it is not a moderation issue.
