Could “All In One WP Security” have some option blocking it?

    Hello,

    I have a problem. I am trying to use AnyComment and it allows to upload files. Uploading works fine, but when I try to post a comment with comment attachment information, it seems like the array of attachments (with json_encode) is somehow skipped. Could “All In One WP Security” have some option blocking it?

    Hi, can you enable Debug mode in our plugin. Then carry out a test by posting a comment. Afterwards check the log file. Lets see if the log file reveals something.

    If the log file doesn’t reveal anything, do a plugin conflict test.

    По вашему совету выполнил тест, опубликовав комментарий с загрузкой картинки (файла).
    Проверил файл журнала. Картинка (файл) в комментарий не загрузилась.
    Файл журнала показал следующее:

    What happens if you disable our plugin? Does it work? If it does, then carry out the following. Enable our plugin again but this time disable all Firewall rules.

    Let me know what happens.

    Отключил Ваш плагин. Загрузил в комментарий картинку (файл). Проблема не исчезла.
    Снова активировал Ваш плагин. Загрузил в комментарий картинку (файл). Проблема осталась.

    Disabled your plugin. I uploaded a picture (file) to the comment. The problem has not disappeared.
    Activated your plugin again. I uploaded a picture (file) to the comment. Problem still exists.
    In the logs today the following information:

    So according to your comment above our plugin is not causing your issue.
