    Hello,

I have been using woocommerce before, and I am very pleased with the product. However, I have one problem, and I would like to solve it before my next shop opening.
Under “settings” and “emails” you can write all sorts of emails: and these are supposed to be sent to the buyer automatically, right? I have written texts, and enabled the email notification. But, no one got any emails last time. What did I do wrong?

Also: there is an “order on hold” email, and “order completed” emails etc. Which email does the program send after an order is placed? I have to manually “complete” orders in woocommerce, but this does maybe mean something else that the “completed order” email. I just want people to get a “thanks for placing an order” when they buy, so that they know that everything is OK.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • This may not be your situation, but when I was having this problem, I discovered my website had been blacklisted by my hosting service (Godaddy) for outgoing mail from some past intrusion. Once they cleared that black list, the woocommerce emails went out correctly.
