Costumer details do not appear

    Unlike orders in woocommerce, the seller cannot see the buyer’s details in orders, such as full address, company name, ID and state registration (identification of companies in my country).

    These details are filled in at checkout by the customer but can’t appear on vendors dashboard, only admin dashboard.

    The option to hide the customer details is disabled.

    Can anyone help me?`

    Hi @marifilosof

    Hiding customer information is a premium feature of the Dokan plugin. The Dokan Vendor Subscription is a premium feature of the Dokan plugin. According to the www.remarpro.com rules, commercial products are not supported in these forums.

    For your information, the vendor dashboard’s order details page is supposed to be shown like this screenshot.

    Thank you for responding me.

    Sorry I didn’t know it was the premium version. But actually this option does not influence what I mean.

    Really the shipping address and company name are not enough for the seller to make an invoice in my country.

    As you can see here https://snipboard.io/tcQHh9.jpg, there are important fields in the checkout that should appear for the seller.

    What do you think I can do?

    Hi @marifilosof

    I can see from your screenshot that there are some extra fields on the checkout page. If you want to show those on the order details page of the vendor dashboard then this will require proper customization. We are unable to provide our users with a custom solution according to our support policy.

    But you can try using dokan_order_details_after_customer_info this action hook to add some extra data in the place shown in this screenshot.

    If you want to add those extra fields on the invoice then please contact the WooCommerce PDF invoices and Packing slips plugin’s support following this link as the invoices are being managed with that plugin.
